When your house sells there is an additional $299 contract and negotiation fee at the time of closing. It is recommended to offer the Buyers Agent 3% of the sales price. If we enter into a listing agreement with a friend or family member we will waive our $299 contract and negotiation fee. If you actually find the buyer on your own, which we can set up all of our marketing so buyers will call you instead of us, you won’t have to pay a 3% Buyers Agent commission.
